Private preview terms

The exact operational boundary for the sole authorized owner preview.

Current private-preview stateThe preview is not public, for sale, or a customer entitlement. It creates no price, purchase, external submission, provider usage, or spending authority.

Current behavior

Who may access

Only the sole account already present in the custom Sites allowlist may access the preview. Admission is capped at one and uses a one-way identity binding.

Access may not be transferred, shared, invited, or widened by the application, listing candidate, or beta lifecycle record.

What the preview does

The private tools help prepare, validate, and estimate blueprint contracts; create held/not-started submissions; and retrieve exact status, evidence, and artifacts.

They do not accept work, start or reserve an application job, call a model/provider, activate billing, make a purchase, or alter Program Control.

Current constraint

Commercial and legal boundary

All customer prices and provider authority remain inactive and approval-required. No trial, charge, tax, discount, renewal, cancellation, warranty, or refund entitlement is offered.

No governing law, venue, indemnity, liability allocation, or public-service commitment is represented by this operational notice.
