The preview may hold content-addressed blueprint records, validations, estimates, held submissions, artifact/evidence references, one hashed owner admission, lifecycle state, and append-only redacted audit facts.
Program Control retains immutable schedule, evidence, review, backup, and protected-control history. Secret values, raw tokens, credentials, and private provider payloads are excluded from listing and beta evidence.

Automatic verified backup and isolated restore controls cover declared logical records and object manifests. Optimistic versions and immutable hashes make unexpected mutation detectable.
A backup interval, timestamp, account state, or invoice period must not be treated as a retention duration.
