Permitted preview use

Use the bounded tools with sanitized, nonsecret blueprint information to review deterministic records, validation, estimates, held submissions, evidence, and artifacts.

Keep every submission non-accepting, held, not started, and within the authorized owner tenant and exact content-addressed lineage.

Prohibited use

Do not share access; attempt cross-tenant or Program Control access; submit credentials, secrets, unlawful material, or another party's private data; bypass HOLD, quarantine, job, billing, OAuth, provider, or artifact guards; or misrepresent the preview as public or accepted.

Do not use the preview to call providers, send messages, create charges, advertise, start work, or mutate protected projects or external accounts.

Fail-closed handling

Invalid, stale, tampered, oversized, cross-tenant, cross-artifact, unsupported, or unauthorized requests are rejected with stable diagnostics and zero external effect.
